1. Can't use the memory function, can't save channels?

If the ACC wire (red wire) and B+ wire (yellow wire) are reversed during installation, the product will not have memory function after power off. If the yellow wire (memory wire) is connected to the positive terminal of the constant current battery, the unit will have memory function.

2. Is the machine locked up and not responding to the contents?

If this situation occurs, please try to press the RST hole with a needle for more than three seconds; this function will restore the factory settings of the machine; please save the data before use.

The working voltage of this auto stereo is 12V, it can not be used in large 24V trucks, and the auto stereo will be damaged if the voltage is higher than 16V

1. Can't turn the unit on?

If this problem occurs, check the wiring. First, you should use the wiring harness that came with the device. The yellow wire should be connected to the positive terminal of the battery, the black wire should be connected to the negative terminal of the battery and the red wire should be connected to the ACC (car key fob) to ensure that the product has sufficient power and that the correct connection of each harness will ensure normal use of the product.

2. Is the device always on and does the device still work when the power is off?

First of all, the wiring harness supplied with the device should be used. The red cable should be connected to the ACC (the car lock) to ensure that when the car is turned off, the device is also turned off.

3.Can't connect to Bluetooth?

Clear the Bluetooth registration of the phone and repeat the connection.
